Middle School Students,
If you did not bring in a pop can last week, it is due this week at the latest! Also, thank you to those students who stopped in with their parents during Parent/Teacher conferences. You will be receiving extra credit.
All students, please become a member and follow the blog and you will also receive extra credit! As a follower you will be able to tap into special offers for extra credit.
6th & 8A have their Native American Indian worksheet due WK 5 and will be given a 5 question quiz on the Totem Pole. Make sure you are reading the page on totem poles in your worksheet packet.
Also, all students are required to bring the planners to class from now on. This way you will be able to stay on top of your homework assignments and never have a late one! ;-)
Have a beautiful Sunday!

WK 4 : Wrapping up the Week
Hello Students,
In WK 4 some of us finished projects from our China unit, and others dove straight into a new unit that is focusing on the indigenous peoples of North America. With over 600 different tribes, and each having their own history, culture, and religion our look at the indigenous peoples of North America are vague but focused at the same time. I am looking forward to our projects being completed, and see the school be filled with more beautiful artwork.
Parents, please stop up for parent teacher conferences! The students and I would love for you to see what we are working on. It's a colorful room, so prepare yourself :-)
I would also at this time like to award the selected artists of the week for WK 4 :
7th Grade : Alladdin Robinson
8B : Donovan E.
8B : Tyliyah B.
Great work on your totem pole drawings!!
Have a great rest of your week and extended weekend!!
